EU lawmakers to back rules that will force Big Tech to tackle child pornography
The European Parliament is set to pass new laws that will require large tech companies to do more to tackle the spread of child pornography online. The new rules would require companies to remove illegal content within 24 hours of being notified of it and to report it to the authorities.
