Solar Cell that is twice as efficient as traditional solar cells
Scientists at the University of California, Berkeley have developed a new type of solar cell that is twice as efficient as traditional solar cells. The new solar cell is made of perovskite, a material that is inexpensive and easy to produce. The new solar cell is also more efficient at converting sunlight into electricity, with an efficiency of up to 26%, compared to 15-20% for traditional solar cells.
